By engaging GD7 Paving and Resin Ltd for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all quotations, contracts, and services provided by us unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We provide the following services:
All quotations are provided free of charge and remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are based on information provided at the time of survey and may be subject to revision if:
A contract is formed when you accept our quotation in writing or by signing the acceptance form. A deposit of 25% of the total contract value is required upon acceptance, except for emergency callouts or repairs under £500.
Standard payment terms:
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash payments over £1,000.
Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
You may cancel the contract within 14 days of acceptance (cooling-off period) without penalty. After this period, cancellation charges may apply based on works already undertaken and materials ordered.
Estimated start dates and durations are approximate. We will make every effort to complete works within the agreed timeframe but cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, supply chain issues, or force majeure events.
We provide the following warranties:
Warranties are valid provided works have been paid for in full and are not invalidated by subsequent damage, misuse, or unauthorised alterations.
You are responsible for:
By commissioning works, you grant us permission to access the property during agreed working hours. Out-of-hours access may be arranged by prior agreement.
We are responsible for the disposal of all waste materials generated during the project. We hold a waste carrier's licence and will provide a waste transfer note upon request.
Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the value of that contract. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses. We are fully insured for public liability and employer's liability.
We aim to provide excellent service. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly. For unresolved disputes, you may contact the relevant trade association or alternative dispute resolution service.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
